Ask DEP to prevent further harm to your air, your health, and your community.

Tell DEP the need is clear, and the time is now.    Ask them to take the following precautionary action’s now:  

1. Revoke Pottstown Landfill’s Operating Permit. Close the Pottstown Landfill.
    
2. Deny any increased NOx emissions.  Require reductions, as called for by health based standards under the Clean Air Act.  
    
3. Reject Pottstown Landfill’s Plan Approval.  

·         Stop the use of flares at the Pottstown Landfill. 

·         Require the safest non-burn technology to manage the massive amounts of gas which will be produced for decades from waste already in place.

The financial, as well as physical, burdens for not closing the Pottstown Landfill are far too high.   Take precautionary and preventive action NOW.   Protect our future health!

Even those of your friends and neighbors.
