Huge polluting corporations are making tremendous profits at our expense. The price we must pay is not only too high, it is completely unnecessary.
Our health is at risk from the excessive contamination of our air, water, and soil. We have a right to breathe safe, clean air. We deserve uncontaminated water and soil. No corporation has the right to lower our property values.
Our quality of life has already been compromised. Our government agencies have not been protective or responsible in their decisions. Many of our elected officials have chosen to ignore the facts and have lacked the courage to fight for our rights.
United effort, one person at a time, is the only way to stop the contamination of our air, water, and soil. We can no longer afford to be polite, apathetic, uninformed citizens.

But the PA DEP has issued pollution permits based on unprotective standards and regulations.
