All information you provide to ACE through forms located on the ACE website, including but not limited to: email addresses; phone and fax numbers; and home addresses are kept strictly confidential and will be held with the utmost care, and will not be used in ways that you have not consented to. It will not be sold, reused, rented, loaned, or otherwise disclosed to any 3rd party.

Furthermore, in compliance with the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) ACE will not knowingly accept information from individuals under the age of 16.
